Part of a series of instructional videos, Denso worked alongside with Sparkhouse to create a series of videos that would help instruct and educate their customers. Milspec E Learning Video
The Milspec E learning videos’ purpose was to provide customers who have purchased, or are considering, products to receive all information they need to utilize the product. In lieu of leaving customers with a large manual or having them call the company, Milspec extended their digital reach and customer experience, by ensuring that video content was available to help their customers leverage the products they had just purchased.
Q-SEE
The Q See E Learning videos bridge the gap between your typical online commercial while enjoying the benefits of education. Q See came to us wanting to showcase their products but having the challenge to showcase the differentiation of their product. By leveraging actual live footage from the Q See cameras and a spokesperson who could walk through actual uses cases and how to use the products, Q See was able to educate but also market their product at the same time.
