We’re excited to share our latest video project for Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), a community lender focused on addressing unmet credit needs in disadvantaged communities. Since 1996, Clearinghouse CDFI has been providing innovative financing solutions that create jobs and services, improving lives in low-income areas across the U.S.
For this project, we produced a series of six videos highlighting the impact of CDFI’s loan services in sectors such as Construction, Renewable Energy, Housing, Commercial Real Estate, and Community Facilities. Each video goes beyond just describing the services— they tell real stories of transformation, showcasing how these loans drive positive change in communities.
We crafted a unique visual style for the series, using stock footage, tailored voiceovers, and graphics to convey a message of hope and opportunity. The videos authentically capture CDFI’s mission to help people grow and thrive in healthy communities.
Clearinghouse CDFI will use these videos on their website and social media to showcase the powerful impact of their services. We’re proud to have helped them tell these inspiring stories.
