BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the director of digital marketing for one of the largest manufacturers of foodservice equipment and supplies.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Sparkhouse?
We wanted to produce a series of educational videos to showcase various manufacturing processes to new and existing employees.
What were your goals for this project?
We need five different videos for all the various areas.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We had prior experience with them.

The process was straightforward. They first spent time working to understand the scope of the project and then worked on the video production. They gave us estimates for the cost and duration of the work, which they kept to well.

The feedback process was very easy. Everything was done online, and they provided us with proofs and different versions.
